We engineer our High Flow Cartridge Filter Housing systems for superior pre-filtration in reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment and other high-flow applications.By utilizing high-flow filter cartridges, these systems significantly reduce investment costs compared to setups using standard 2.5-inch cartridges. A single high-flow cartridge can handle a flow rate of 40-70 tons per hour, drastically cutting down the required number of cartridges and allowing for a more compact filter housing design.
Application Range:
- Chemical & Petrochemical Industries: For weakly corrosive fluids like water, oils, ammonia, and hydrocarbons.
- Chemical Processing: Handles corrosive materials such as caustic soda, sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, and organic acids.
- Food, Beverage & Pharmaceutical: Meets sanitary requirements for products like beer, beverages, dairy, and syrups.
Working Principle:
During operation, the system pressurizes the feed liquid, forcing it through the filter media. The media effectively traps impurities, sediments, suspended solids, and bacteria on or within its structure, while allowing the clean filtrate to pass through. Our PP melt-blown cartridges provide mechanical filtration down to 5μm, capturing residual particles, colloids, and microorganisms on their surface and within their pores. Over time, the accumulation of these contaminants increases the differential pressure across the cartridge. The system indicates the need for cartridge replacement once the inlet-to-outlet pressure drop reaches 0.1MPa.
High Flow Cartridge Filter Housing Features:
- Large Filtration Area, Low Pressure Drop: Ensures efficient flow with minimal energy loss. Cartridges are easy to replace.
- Stable Filtration & Continuous Operation: Designed for reliable, uninterrupted performance using compressed air.
- Versatile Control: Equipped with a differential pressure indicator. Supports both automatic and manual blowdown for cleaning.
- High-Purity Media: We manufacture our filter cartridges from clean, high-purity materials to actively prevent contamination of the process fluid..

Our Advantages in High Flow Cartridge Filter Housing Design:
- High Flow Capacity: Our high flow design requires fewer cartridges per system, which conserves valuable floor space and reduces labor and operational costs.
- Superior Cartridge Material: Our thermally bonded polypropylene cartridges prevent media migration and unloading, unlike standard string-wound types.
- Optimal Housing & Cartridge Structure: The standard “inside-out” flow design allows for easy cartridge changes while containing all trapped contaminants safely within the cartridge’s core.
- Material Flexibility: We offer cartridge options for diverse operating conditions, ensuring the most cost-effective and compatible solution for your specific application.

FAQs
Choosing the perfect water treatment system depends on your specific water quality, household size, and needs. We make it easy with our 3-step process:
Water quality testing – analyze your water for contaminants, hardness, and other factors.
Personalized Consultation – Our experts recommend systems based on your results, budget, and water usage.
Customized Solution – From whole-house filtration to targeted solutions (e.g., RO for drinking water, softeners for hard water), we tailor the system to your home.
To determine your water flow rate in gallons per minute (GPM), follow these simple steps:
Prepare for Testing:
- Prepare for Testing:
- Ensure all water fixtures in your home are turned off
- Select the faucet closest to your main water supply line (usually the kitchen sink or an outdoor spigot)
- Conduct the Test:
- Fully open the selected faucet
- Time how many seconds it takes to fill a 1-gallon container
- Repeat the test 2-3 times for accuracy
- Calculate Your Flow Rate:
Use this formula: Flow Rate (GPM) = 60 ÷ Fill Time (seconds)Example Calculation:- If your 1-gallon container fills in 15 seconds
- 60 ÷ 15 = 4 GPM
For more precise measurements or whole-home flow rate analysis, contact our water system specialists. We can help you determine if your current flow rate meets the requirements for any water treatment systems you’re considering.

1. Check Multiple Fixtures
Test water pressure at different faucets, showers, and appliances (e.g., kitchen sink, bathroom sink, outdoor hose).
If only one fixture has low pressure, the problem is likely localized (clogged aerator, faulty valve, or pipe issue).
If all fixtures have low pressure, the issue is systemic (main supply, pressure regulator, or water heater).
2. Inspect the Aerator or Showerhead
Unscrew the faucet aerator or showerhead and check for mineral deposits, debris, or rust.
Soak it in vinegar overnight to dissolve buildup, then rinse and reattach.
3. Check the Main Shutoff Valve
Locate the main water shutoff valve (usually near the water meter or where the main line enters the house).
Ensure it’s fully open (turn clockwise to close, counterclockwise to open).
1. Activated Carbon Filters
- Removes:
✅ Chlorine & chloramines
